Ossining is one of the few places in Northern Westchester County with many cooperative apartments. The Village of Ossining actually has hundreds of co ops, and given the prices of Westchester County homes, they are often viewed as the starter home for our area.
Active Listings: 46 Median List Price: $144,950

Sold 2 bedroom co ops: 15. Median price: $147,000

Co-ops get a report in NY? Wow. don't think they track that info here in the CTMLS. They might in the Fairfield County MLS, though...if there are co-ops in Fairfield County...
I admit, I have not been on this real estate blog in a long time… however it was another joy to see it is such an important topic and ignored by so many, even professionals. I thank you to help making people more aware of possible issues. Great stuff as usual….
