I have listed two houses in a day before, but in 13 years I have never seen such contrast in a day.
10am: Listed a double wide mobile home in Middletown, NY for $39,900.
4pm: Listed a 3,500 square foot 6 bedroom English Tudor in New Rochelle for $975,000.
Two different counties, two altogether different communities, and two radically different homes on opposite ends of the pricing spectrum. We serve everyone.

Nice...in this market, I'd be happy with either one but both on the same day is a world of extremes indeed.
6 bedroom, 3500 sq. ft Tudor for $975,000. That is a bargain.
I agree with John, I would love to get one listing, let alone two in one day. Congatulations, Philip.
I'd like to talk the trailer down a bit ... ;^)
I love this. I had a week in which is sold a $2.3 million home and showed a $37,000 double wide! I never did close the double wide but thank God I closed the other. Biggest check I ever received. I'm going to say so far... you never know!
Susan, trailers are actually easy because the procedure is more like a car. People seldom even use attorneys. In terms of commission it is more like a rental but I always tell people that past clients move up and if you take care of them they'll call you again.
I guess you don't do niche marketing do you? Me neither.
